With just over a week to go until the National Finals for Sections 1-4, visitors will be starting to plan their trip in greater detail.
Therefore, we’d like to offer some tips & information relating to next weekend’s event - which should hopefully help you make the most of your visit to Cheltenham!

TICKETS
All-day Wristbands will be available to purchase at the venue Box Office (Main Foyer), allowing you full access to the auditorium to watch all performances:
Adult - £15.00
Concession/Student: £10.00
Child 11-16: £5.00
Souvenir Programmes: £5.00
(Children aged 10 and under go free)
The Main Foyer is the public entrance to the auditorium. Admission to the Results Ceremonies all weekend is free for everyone.
CATERING
The Winged Ox Bar will be serving a selection of hot & cold food along with full bar facilities, and a concession stand just outside will provide items such as burgers, hot dogs & chips.
An additional bar & food area will be available in the Istabraq Bar (above Main Foyer), serving a selection of snacks such as sausage rolls, pasties and pizza, along with a fully-stocked bar.
EXHIBITORS
A wide array of exhibitors will be set up in the Main Foyer & Istabraq Bar areas - a full list will be released next week - and they’d love you to say hello!
PARKING
Free parking is available onsite in the North Car Park, which is just a short stroll from the Main Foyer.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Centaur welcomes eventgoers with disabilities, and offers a range of facilities to enable them to get the most from their day - including all areas being accessible via lift/ramps, accessible toilets, induction loop facilities & being able to accommodate assistance dogs.
VENUE HISTORY
The Centaur is Cheltenham Racecourse's biggest and best asset for indoor events. Since opening it has played host to film crews, countless awards ceremonies and a number of high-profile exhibitions and concerts, as well as numerous beautiful weddings. The Centaur's technical team utilise the very latest in draping, lighting and AV to create bespoke events.
The stage has seen a number of popular bands and comedy acts perform in front of sell-out audiences - Stereophonics, The Vamps, Lee Evans, Rizzle Kicks, Jon Richardson and Jack Dee to name a few. The Centaur is proud to have played host to the Sections 1-4 Finals of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain since 2009.
